The voter drive that stuck
A BRY leadership fellowship cohort registered 1,200 first-time voters in three Pune colleges. The model is now being copied in five more cities.

Sneha and her cohort didn't run a campaign. They built a system: posters, peer leaders, lunch-break booths. It worked because students believed students.
What changed wasn't one moment. It was a hundred small ones: a teacher who waited, a mother who chose to risk it, a bus that ran on time, a notebook with their name on it.
