We started with one classroom and one stubborn idea.
That idea: every young person in India, no matter where they are born or what their family can afford, deserves a real shot at the life they want to build. The work has scaled. The conviction has not.

Who we are
A youth-driven social organisation building the next generation of Indian leaders.
BRY Foundation (Bharat Rising Youth Foundation) was founded by a small group of students who'd cracked competitive exams the hard way — and decided that the next batch shouldn't have to. We invest in education, leadership and livelihoods — the three things that compound over a lifetime.

Mentor-first
Every scholar is paired with someone who's walked the road. Money helps. Mentors change lives.
Transparent
Every rupee is publicly audited. No application fee. Selection criteria are documented.
Youth-led
We were built by college students for college students. The leadership team is under 35.

BRY Foundation registered as a youth-led social organisation.
- 2022
First UPSC scholarship cohort — 25 aspirants supported.
- 2023
Skilling program launched; 120 students through the first year.
- 2024
Leadership fellowship begins. 60 fellows in first cohort.
- 2025
Crossed 500 students supported across all programs.
- 2026
BRY Foundation registered as a youth-led social organisation.
- 2026
First UPSC scholarship cohort — 25 aspirants supported.
- 2026
Mentorship platform crosses 1,400 1:1 sessions.
