Programmes, finances, audited statements — our headline transparency document for the year.
The numbers we keep score by.
Five years of work, twenty-five cities, hundreds of students backed. The arithmetic that matters most is the one happening in a student's home — and we publish every figure that approximates it.
Where the impact comes from.
Different programmes count impact differently — scholarships by scholar, skilling by graduate, mentorship by session. Here's how the work breaks down across our five commitments.
Every dot is a community.
Hover or tap a dot to see the work happening there. From UPSC scholars in Patna to skilling cohorts in Pune, every point on this map is a student.
All 22 states, in order.
How we count.
Three rules we follow so the numbers don't drift over time. The independent auditor checks our work every financial year.
We count a student once they have actually received a scholarship payment, completed a skilling module, or attended a mentorship session. No funnel-level estimates.
Students enrolled in multiple programmes (e.g. skilling + mentorship) are counted once across our combined total — even though they generate two programme records.
Every quarter, our programmes lead reconciles records against bank disbursements and partner attendance sheets. The auditor reviews this annually.
