UPSC & State PSC Scholarship
For the aspirants who can crack the exam — if money never has to be the obstacle.
Our flagship scholarship covers coaching, reference material, test series access and mentorship for serious civil-services aspirants from low-income households. Selection is merit-based and need-blind. Every selected scholar is paired with a mentor — typically a serving officer or a recent qualifier — who walks the year with them.
Youth Skilling Program
A 12-week ramp from college to a real, well-paid first job.
Industry-aligned skilling tracks for college students and recent graduates: digital marketing, full-stack development, data, design, and BPO-grade English & soft skills. Each cohort culminates in placement support with our partner companies — and a guaranteed interview for the top decile.
Youth Leadership Development
Future leaders aren't born. They're given a stage and a small budget.
We run year-long cohorts where high-potential college and post-college youth take on real community problems — from sanitation drives to local-government engagement — with a small grant and a peer network. Many alumni now lead student councils, civic projects, and grassroots organisations of their own.
Social Welfare Campaigns
Awareness campaigns that turn into action — not just hashtags.
Voter awareness, road-safety drives, blood donation camps, environmental clean-ups, and education for the unschooled — our campaigns are designed and led by youth volunteers in their own neighbourhoods. We provide the framework, training and material. The community provides the energy.
Career Guidance & Mentorship
A 20-minute conversation can change a career. Sometimes a life.
Free 1:1 career guidance sessions with working professionals, alumni mentors and HR experts. Class 12 students, college students and early-career professionals can book a session to talk through choices — entrance exams, course selection, first jobs, switching streams. No fees, no catch.
